WeSTEM+ (Women Excel in STEM) is a Luxembourg-based non-profit organisation (a.s.b.l.) dedicated to empowering women and underrepresented groups in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM). Through education, mentorship, community initiatives, and industry collaboration, WeSTEM+ develops digital skills, promotes diversity in technology, and supports individuals in building careers in STEM fields, with a particular focus on data, artificial intelligence, and emerging technologies.

Our services include the design and delivery of technical training programs in areas such as business intelligence, data analytics, data engineering, and artificial intelligence; career development and mentorship programs; networking opportunities with industry professionals; and initiatives promoting digital inclusion and data literacy.
