Body governed by public law
Bodies with the following characteristics:
- they were established to meet specific needs in the general interest and are not industrial or commercial in nature;
- they have legal personality;
- they are mainly financed by the State, regional or local authorities or other bodies governed by public law, their management is subject to control by those authorities or bodies, or their administrative, management or supervisory body is composed of members, more than half of whom are appointed by the State, regional or local authorities or other bodies governed by public law
