Data protected for one of the following reasons: 

• commercial confidentiality, including trade secrets, professional secrets and business secrets;
• statistical confidentiality;
• protection of third-party intellectual property rights;
• protection of personal data, insofar as such data does not fall within the scope of the Law of 29 November 2021 on open data and the re-use of public sector information.
