Authorisation from the Luxembourg Data Authority

The Commission is designated as the competent body in accordance with Article 7(1) of Regulation (EU) 2022/868 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 30 May 2022 on data governance and amending Regulation (EU) 2018/1727 (Data Governance Regulation), hereinafter referred to as 'Regulation (EU) 2022/868', is empowered, in accordance with Article 7(2) of the aforementioned Regulation, to grant or refuse access to data and its re-use.
