Metadata reviewer

Any metadata record newly entered or recently updated by the metadata creator must be reviewed and validated at least once by the metadata reviewer. The metadata reviewer checks the entire record and ensures that the values entered are correct. In the event of an error, omission or inaccuracy, the record is returned to the creator with a comment for correction. If the record does not require modification, it is considered 'valid' and sent to the metadata approver for review.
