Public service mission

The public service mission assigned to the relevant public sector bodies as defined by law or other binding rules in force in the Member State concerned or, in the absence of such rules, as defined in accordance with the administrative practices in force in Member State, provided that the purpose of the public service missions is transparent and subject to review.
