Protected data available for access and re-use

This title applies to access and re-use, by a data re-user, of data held by public sector bodies, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2022/868, which is protected on grounds of:

• commercial confidentiality, including trade secrets, professional secrets and business secrets; 
• statistical confidentiality; 
• protection of the intellectual property rights of third parties;
• protection of personal data, insofar as such data does not fall within the scope of the Law of 29 November 2021 on open data and the re-use of public sector information.
