Digital Learning Hub

The Digital Learning Hub (DLH) is Luxembourg’s national training centre dedicated to advanced digital skills. As a public institution, DLH supports individuals, companies, and public administrations in developing competencies in key areas such as artificial intelligence, software development, cybersecurity, and emerging technologies. It plays a central role in strengthening Luxembourg’s digital ecosystem by bridging the gap between skills demand and workforce capabilities.

About the services

The Digital Learning Hub offers training programmes in a wide range of digital and IT-related fields, including coding, data and AI, cybersecurity, cloud, and digital design.

Its offer includes:

  • Short, hands-on courses focused on specific skills
  • Learning tracks combining multiple modules into more comprehensive programmes
  • Full training programmes, notably through 42 Luxembourg and 

The training approach is practical, flexible, and aligned with labour market needs, with courses accessible to adults of all backgrounds and levels, without prerequisites.

  • Learning tracks: several weeks to a few months
